The next Representative Council elections of the Student Union of the University of Helsinki (HYY) are conducted on 26–28 October and 31 October–2 November. For the first time ever, the elections are conducted electronically.

HYY’s Representative Council elections are conducted to elect 60 members into the council, the highest decision-making body of the Student Union. All HYY’s members, around 27,000 students at the University of Helsinki, have the right to vote in the elections.

You can use your right to vote at HYY’s election website at https://vaalit.hyy.fi.

The election results are revealed late during the election night on Wednesday, 2 November. The Central Election Committee will confirm the result on 10 November.
